Still Waiting on My Refund
I used Captain Limousines to pick up my son and six guests and drop them off at my son's birthday party. I faxed the addresses two days in advance. However, the driver got lost at almost every stop. This caused my son to be 45 minutes late to his own birthday party. This also caused the time the limousine was in service to exceed the three hour minimum by 45 minutes. Instead of getting an appology for their poor service, I was charged for an additional 69 minutes! I was, in affect, being made to pay for their driver's ineptness. The reason it took 45 additional minutes to arrive at the destination is because the driver got lost so many times. This is not right. I asked Captain Limousines to refund me the $150 that they overcharged me and they refused.
